This project converted an old jail into a state of the art modern 10,000 sq. ft. facility. The Emergency Center provides all emergency communication for the police, fire & emergency medical transmission for the city of Albany.
This project was a renovation of a housing unit complex which includes roofing, repairing of ceilings, and painting.
This project was 268 housing unit complex for the City of Sylvester Georgia. The scope of work included roofing vinyl siding, and installation of gypsum ceiling, electrical and asbestos abatement.

This facility includes such spaces as the archive department, children's reading area, science department and conference rooms as well as various computer lab and basic classrooms. - $45.0M, Webster Detention Center
This new facility provides housing for 328 medium-security inmates. The jail expansion consists of two (2) new housing pods, a new Medical Mental Health Facility (MMHF), a new Video Visitation Facility, site improvements, and renovations to the existing detention center.

The 650-vehicle, $12 million deck was constructed in 11 months. Heery Intl, and sub-consultant Dukes Edwards & Dukes, Inc. have served as Augusta-Richmond County's Capital Improvement Program Manager since 2004 on design and construction for more than $250 million in projects that are funded through the area's Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.

113,000 sq. ft. convention center is a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) participant in the green building certification program.
